Here's a light brown beer with a short head and nothing worth noting about head retention or lace. The mild aroma of caramel and fudge brings something sweet to my nose. There is a sense of pleasant maltiness in this oktoberfest. Soft fudge and caramel notes throughout, which roll into the aftertaste. This is packed in a light body with light bubbles, so for one of them common warm weather autumn days in the Metroplex, this O-fest could be a crowd pleaser.
