L. Pale amber with some cloudiness. 1cm white head, very slowly reducing, with quite lively rising carbonation.
S. Fresh, light with a hoppy/spicy weizen smell.
T. Weissbrau, but a slightly sweeter and thinner flavour than I was expecting.
M. The carbonation seems ok but the body is thin for a 5% beer, leading into a dryer finish.
O. I wonder what a Bavarian would make of this. It could do with a bolder flavour and less of the sweet note [if seeking to be more authentic].
