Kizilkecili 17/4 2025. 50 cl bottle from Mini-Market in Akcay. Green bottle with a f cl transparent label with a lot of yellow and green spatter. The cap is with a little pin like a hand grenade.
Pours clear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a stronger sourish scent of citrus fruit and grains. Sweet pale malts, bread and cereal. Citrus concentrate.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a citric streak. Finish is rather dry.
Not too bad and with a nice bitter and citric touch.
