A classic Belgian Quad brewed with cacao nibs and aged to perfection in Koenig bourbon barrels. Smooth, delicate, and warming. Notes of stone fruit, caramel, and biscuit. A dream-inspiring brew to sip slowly and share with your beloved.

ABV listed at 13%, on-tap at the brewery and served in a snifter.

A: Ugly and murky dull-brown, minimal head. I say ugly lovingly. It looks fine for what it is.

S: Lots of sweeter caramel, booze, chocolate, barrel, and Belgian fruitiness.

T: Hits the way you think a 13% BBA Quad should; lots of sweeter bready malt mixed with cocoa, bourbon barrel booze, and Belgian yeast esters.

MF: Fairly creamy and big with the heat, but doesn't quite drink like 13%.

O: I like it, its a well-executed barrel-aged quad with lots of Belgian character and chocolate notes.
