Taster at the brewery. Clear golden, small head. Aroma is nice pils malts and grassy hops. Taste is almost on target, except for the appearance of some light metalic notes. Hoppy, bitter.

a tasty lager here, pretty well done, extremely light, very clear, bubbly and oddly hoppy. these guys have gotten better and better with the lagers in their short existence, and i enjoyed this a lot, definitely summery, even with the hop bitterness lingering. radiant clarity, golden and bright, high headed with only a slow fade, pure white from the tap in the proper glassware, pretty beer. some simple but fresh european pale malt at the base, some clean minerality, and the leafy hops, herbal and mellow in the nose, some familiar lager yeast as well. the flavor is similar, nice balance, earthiness, and freshness, but the hops crank up pretty robustly at the end, caught me off guard a little bit, but good. a bit much for such a light beer as it warms, and i liked this a lot better when it was nice and frosty. overall though i think they did a nice job with this, flavorful and very drinkable, close enough to traditional too, and technically speaking the best of their lagers that i have had to date. nice to see so much progress already in here!
