This is our newest collaboration beer with the good folks at Church Street Brewing in Chicago. A golden, medium-bodied bock. This double decoction traditional German maibock features subtle hints of toast and caramel from carahell and dark Munich malts and a strawberry-like sweetness from the extended boiling of the malt. The hops give a complex, full character and finishes smooth.

Taster at brewery. Dark golden pour thin, wispy head. Malty aroma, brown bread, sweet edge. Taste brings toasty malt, minor sweetness followed by gentle, crisp bite and dryness.
