On tap at Vermont Tap House.
The appearance was a light straw yellow color with a fair transparency about it. No head and no lace.
The aroma had a nice sweet to sour lime pulp up front and then playing with a "sour-ed wheat" portion and then some saltiness.
The flavor was moderately sour with a good puckering trying to stifle the lime notes, but honestly the more I sipped the more I thought that the lime felt strongly about coming out to want to play more with the taste. Slight aftertaste of the sour-ed wheat and salt, lime steered away in this department.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV was 3% and actually felt like that. The finish was somewhat salty.
Overall, pretty nice gose done with a Switchback sort of twist. I like the idea and they did a nice twist with this.

L - light and straw colored. Typical gose, but without any sort of haze.
S - salt and funk.
T - salty lime! I sorta get the Thai Asian feel. Lip puckering goodness. Nailed the flavor profile.
F - light and floaty. Nothing special here. Crisp bubbles.
O - probably the favorite of the six beers we had. It's very different from the others and a nice outward excursion into wildness.
