12 ounce pour into a tulip glass at The taproom. Switchback's first barrel aged beer that they refer to as "a full-bodied twist on our Thai Lime Gose." Only four barrels made.
Hazy straw color with almost no head and slight lacing. You can smell the salt and funk with a barely perceptible but nice hint from the tequila barrels. The aging mellows the saltiness but adds to the lime flavor. Very refreshing. Would like to try it during warmer weather instead of a February day in Vermont.
