Poured from a 16 oz can dated 11/09/23 into the test glass
A - Hazy willow sunflower yellow color, a steady poor yields a nice white cap. Steady carbonationfeeds an everlasting ring.
S - Smoked grains, nice lemony thread adds irony.
T - Lite grains, certainly smoked but quite palatable. Wheat driven, with again a nice citrusy thread.
M - Light in body, crisp and effervescent. Excellent dry finish
O - A very good offering that has enough smoked quality, while being easy to drink. texture is airy and crisp, the dry finish is a delight.

All I could find to categorize it was as a smoked beer. They say it has won two prizes at the World Beer Cup - Grodziskie or Polish Smoked Beer.
Kindof refreshing - but basically I just taste smoke…
Interesting niche Swichback is pursuing. Most of the other craft breweries of the earlier wave have already gone under.
