Pours a nice clear copper with a full frothy head.
Smells hints at resin, some sweetness.
Good smooth mouth feel.
Taste starts with a whack of bitterness, then ends up with some nice malt sweetness .
In a way a complicated beer, but nice.

Switchback Brewing Company.. IPA-Imperial / Double
Gemini hops aroma: fresh strawberries
and tangy vanilla gum drops. A crisp, earthy, slightly bitter tang has a bite. Wild, dirty strawberries with a creamy side of wheat based malt. Do I detect the mouthfeel of oats? Seems like it! Crisp and grainy bite first, then very smooth and heavily textured. Tangy fruits all the way down. Slightly boozy.
