Cadillac Straits Brewing Company

 

Cadillac Straights is located at the end of a strip mall like store front. The vibe that Saturday early afternoon was seemingly chill and a jump off point for the evening for many patrons. The small bar and tables were towards the front with the brewery equipment toward the back in like an open view concept. The quality of the beer was above average and the food was good. Service was attentive but seemed bored. The beer list was on par relative to other breweries. Overall, it is certainly worth stopping in if you in the area and looking to try some some locally brewed beer and need a bite to eat.

I have only been there once. They've only been open a little over a month. Open atmosphere with a bar to one side that seats around 12. Tables and chairs fill in the remaining space. 7 beers on tap when we were there. A couple IPAs, a Kolsch, cream ale, a hibiscus beer that I had a taste. Actually surprised I liked it. A food menu of salads, flat bread pizzas and a few sandwiches made by a chef. I was told more beer and food items will be added. I will be back.
