A sizeable bar and restaurant sharing a building with a dispensary and a small local produce stand, they keep the capacity pretty high despite maintaining wide spacing between tables and high tops. They do so by also having a moderate sized, partially obscured front porch, as well as aa large back patio that was reserved for a family event during our visit.

Ordering at the bar is fast and furious, at least with my tender. The first couple beers I had were good enough to settle in for the duration of working through the whole taplist with a couple flights. Accompanying your session are the gazes of several taxidermized mounts, completing the hunting lodge vibe they're going for, though it's a big, expensive one, with TVs.

They have a separate window for food, but we weren't hungry, and it looked like pretty basic sandwich options--not quite as inspired as the menu at Backslope. However, they have some big tupperware containers with pretzels and Cheez-Its available to nosh on, which is a nice gesture.

this place is really awesome, came highly recommended by some local beer friends i made, so figured i had better check it out while i was in town there. its a big space sort of off the beaten path, kind of a roadhouse meets a ski lodge vibe, substantial covered patio area out front, tons of parking, an expansive woody cabin vibe inside with the bar in the middle, and a super cool back yard area with scattered seating, a nice green lawn, and a stage area where they apparently have some pretty cool shows when the pandemic isnt happening. looks like a picnic spot back there, could hold a ton of people comfortably, they definitely have a cool vibe here. it was popping on a weekday evening, and i was impressed with the range of beers on tap, maybe ten or a dozen different offerings, but i had a decent light lager, a wonderful pepper beer, the first white ipa i have seen in ages, and a barrel aged cherry stout that was also excellent. neat diversity here for sure. the folks behind the bar as well as the other patrons at it were all super chatty and welcoming and friendly, and i had a great time visiting with them all, a real community feel to this place, even for a passer through. for how big and busy it was, it also felt very personal. the beer was relatively exciting and i will definitely look forward to my next visit here. one of my best brewery experiences in the greater area, well worth going out of your way for...
