Severance Brewing

Location on the ground level of an apartment building, with other adjoining retail establishments. Modern and chic style with a black ceiling and a concrete floor. Hanging LED lighting and a back lit 'S' logo on the wall behind the bar. U-shaped bar with a center ordering station and surrounding stools with back support. Other seating at low tables with chairs. Outside uncovered patio. Interior windows provides a clear view of brewing equipment. About twenty brews on tap with a good range of styles and inspired names. Cooler has cans to go. Some aging barrels in view. Competent and friendly staff. Looks to invite in families with the next door pizza shop. Modern and generic at the same time.

 

 

Roomy with a lot of windows and a couple of big bay doors makes for a very good afternoon stop to try a couple of unique and tasty beers. Check it out.

 

Place still has that new brewery look and feel. Place is in new mixed use residential building, very upscale feel, open, high-ceilinged spacious. Broken L-shaped marble-topped bar across from entry seats about 15 with about 10 tables about the room. The large outdoor deck is not quite ready for prime time. A dozen well-assorted beers, I had the Love Notes and Artic Pale Ale, both were very nice. Great place to grab one after work.

New brewery that opened yesterday, still a few things in progress such as a large deck with firepits. Staff is great, a family. Merchandise is already available. They hit the ground running with 11 beers on tap, plus non-alcoholic options and some guest brews. Great location, great service, and great beer. I think I'll be spending time here.
