Appearance - Pours a rusty copper with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, and floral hops, bready and toasty malts, caramel, hint of dark fruits, spicy earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, and floral hops upfront. The brew then goes into the bold notes of bready and toasty malts, and caramel. It is rounded out by the spicy earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth with the hops and the bold malt notes lingering.
Overall - A very approachable and sessionable Vienna lager. I can easily put a few back of these on a cool spring evening. All flavours are spot on.
