Rusted Spoke Machu Peachu White I.P.A
Mackinac City MI
The pour is fantastic starts with a nice rich lattice head nice carbonation and the head dissipates fast as you drink it but it’s not a very head heavy beer. It’s light on the palate but has a nice fruity peachy after taste. Not over indulging or anything which is very nice considering almost all of these new fruit ales pack a punch of tart or sweetness ! It’s low on the ABV spectrum at 5.7 so you can have a couple and not be to over indulging yourself lol IBU 39 so you know it’s light on the hops but it’s still there. So on your next trip visit The Rusted Spoke brewery ! It’s the best around for a nice cold beer on a hot summer day and I’m sure for you leaf lovers coming up this fall !
