Tap pour at Northern Tap House in Plymouth MN. Served chilled in a snifter glass.
Murky, apricot deep gold colored body. One finger of tiny bubble white head. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of apricot, apricot skin, and peach skin.
Taste is sour, with flavors of stone fruit - apricot, peach, and a little bit of pear. Quick swirling end in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Dry finish. Good plus carbonation.
Apricot-centric wild ale with dry barrel funk.
