The new seasonal. Tried it after a meal of sushi at Sapporo. Served cool. A bit below cellar temp. Nice, amber colour, with very little head that quickly disipated. Not sure if this was due to the beer, or due to the pour. A very pleasing aroma. Toasty malts, bit of honey, some biter hops, grass, and raisins. The taste was more bitter than I expected it to be. Stronger hop presence than the nose would lead you to believe. Bit of citrus as well, blended with a honey and toast aftertaste. Bit of a harsh, husk grain mouthfeel. Good beer, one I'll have again, but I won't miss it when it goes out of season.
