Had on tap. Murky brown pour, no head. Nose is faint, dark malts, dark nuts, and brown bread yeast. Taste on the other hand is bursting with malt flavors of caramel, nuts, and combining with the yeast to give off biscuit, less rustic bread and cocoa. Feel is malty all the way, way more than it tastes or especially smells but does thin out a bit.

Taste: nutty, chocolate malts, smooth easy finish. Roasted dark malts, cocoa, nose. Dark brown copper color, mostly clear, tan head with lattice of lace. Medium to med/light body. Mellow beer to pair well with many dishes. 8 IBUs
