Crisp and refreshing, light yet assertive. Snappy notes from the German lager
yeast and hops (Hallertau Tradition); slight citrus/new world character from late addition American noble hops (Loral).

Clear gold with a strong thick head and cap. Toasty cereal nose with some pleasant floral notes. Light medium Pilsner malt body with a nice mouthfeel and engaging carbonation. Great beer!
