Sour Ale with Peach and Dragon Fruit
We asked some of our beasties from Vancouver, Four Winds Brewing, to head down to the Okanagan to brew a beer and visit for a long overdue hang. The lovely people they are, they obliged and we put our heads together to make this light and spritzy Sour Ale. We loaded this brew with lots and lots of peach and a touch of dragon fruit, creating summer in a glass.

Four Winds/Neighbourhood 'Friend Friends' Peach & Dragon Fruit Sour @ 4.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a light gold from the can to a hazy gold in the glass with a large size white head , leaving a fine spotty lace along the tulip

T-tart & refreshing peaches , thirst quenching , true sour finish
MF-ok carbonation , medium body
Ov-interesting collab sour beer , dragon fruit stands out
