500mL bottle, date stamp 12023090. Served in a pilsner glass. Picked up at a local bottle shop as part of a display of "Support Ukraine". Available in 2L plastic bottles as well.
Appearance: Pale straw-light gold color. Completely clear. Massive white head upon pouring, with lots and lots of bubbles coming up in the glass. Some thick sheets of lacing that slowly slid back down the glass.
Smell: Clean, a little sweet, lightly floral.
Taste: Crisp, very clean pilsner-like malt, a little on the sweet side, lightly bitter noble hop finish.
Mouthfeel: A bit thicker than water, good carbonation.
Overall / Drinkability: A pretty simple Euro pale lager, but easily drinkable. Went very well with Bulgogi pork and took the heat/spiciness away after each sip quite nicely. Nothing special, but paired really well with food. Slava Ukraine!
