I was really pleased with this. Mild and medium carbonation. I actually get these huge notes of honey. And some oranges as well. First beer from Ukraine

Oh man this is real smooth and real good. A bit of an aftertaste but nothing too much other than good ole little European beer stank. Shout out to Ukraine for this one. You can tell the ingredients are of the highest quality. A really good mouth feel and the type of beer you can have on a hot summer afternoon.

From Belgian Style Ales, lot 1940.

Pours a hazy light orange, good sized head of foam, excellent lacing and good retention.

Smell is wheat, yeast, spicy, honey, sweet. Seems like some cloves there.

Taste is wheat, yeast, orange zest, lightly fruity, sweet with a somewhat artificial manner.

Light body, ample carbonation, I would probably not drink this again.

Hazy, yellow color. Big, white head. The aroma of malt, orange, and perfumes. Sweet taste with some artificial notes. Drinkable.

From the half liter bottle, it pours a hazy light amber color with a very nice large, thick white head that slowly diminishes and leaves lots of lacing. The nose gets some spiciness and sweet malt. The mouth gets a sweetish smooth malty brew with notes of honey and some spice. Very nice!

Also from Ukraine we have Mykhola Blanche Unfiltered. It's supposed to be a witbier, which might explain the hazy gold appearance with a white head. The nose has a malty aroma with almost citrus notes. The flavor is fruity and not unpleasant. Unfortunately it doesn't last more than a few seconds and the entire experience is over quickly. The mouthfeel is almost non-existent, which is a shame. With a bigger body, this would be pleasant to drink more of.

Poured from a brown 16.9 oz. bottle. Has a slightly hazy golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of wheat, light citrus. Taste is wheat and oranges, highly refreshing. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a very drinkable summertime beer.

500ml bottle. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of cracked wheat, grains and some fruit. Sweet wheat taste with some spices and a touch of lemon and orange.

A frothy, bright white head slowly settles to leave webbing on a pilsner glass. Chill haze burnishes the otherwise golden color, while occasional bursts of small bubbles race upwards.

The malt has a moderate presence of light bread and wheat, while the hops are light and herbal and the yeast has a light doughiness. There is also a subtle suggestion of earthy white wine.

The flavor has a light sweetness and a faint bitterness. There is a hint of crisp tartness, all well balanced. Clove and honey are light, while the finish is long and mild.

A light body with a silky texture and slight presence of alcohol. Carbonation is prickly and the finish is dry.

This is a pleasantly sessionable thirst quencher that would be suitable after a days work in the office or the yard. I'm not sure I would call this a Witbier, regardless, it is very enjoyable. My thanks to Dave who picked it up because he is hosting an exchange student whose name is Mykhola. We simply call him Nick.

Poured from the bottle into a pokal style glass.

Dark orange with hints of dark golden brown color. Flirts even with red and has a nice light fine carbonation through the body. Creamy white head, simply makes a two finger top and eventually settles to a pretty thick collared pucked and lip for a good appearance.

Sweet aroma a bit but quite nice. Chewy sensing malt, a bit of light corriander like notes and faint orange sensations. A bit of sugarized honey but not as sweet, but comes off with a hint of syrup like sensations.

Palate just gets the job done. Good chewy malt body that is creamy and even a little bit cake and bready tasting. Mild touches of orange like fruit and sugars, a bit of sucrose and syrup like finish but a touch of even almost minty like hop bitterness on the finish. Really dig this creamy almost vanilla flavor and texture as well, and just a faint touch of honey.

Kind of pushes a bit of a sweet button but manages a good wit experience. Memorable too for a witbier.
