This style dates back to 18th century London. Ours is a wonderful "Sweet Stout'' made with fresh Atlantic oysters. Don't be fooled by the name, it tasted nothing like oysters. The oysters simply provide a slight amount of saltiness to the beer while the oyster shells provide calcium which is a vital mineral in beer.
