A moderate pour released a finger of soapy white foam with average retention and no lacing.
A clear golden straw body appears orange-amber in front of light.
Subtle smell of toasted wheat and caramel (Crystal?) malt, faint herbal hops and a general graininess.
Neutral on sweetness with moderate bitterness, sweet malt and hop bitterness are well balanced. Pale barley malt is noticeable as baked bread. Hiding in the background are under ripe white grapes and pears. The finish is quick with a slight astringency, The aftertaste lingers on bitter and dry.
Medium-light body, averagely abundant carbonation. Soft and smooth, session-able and summer-able.
Striking looks with an un-complicated taste. I can read small sized print through it. True to style, highly recommended.
Fresh Beer right from the brewery.
