Man I haven't seen this stuff in quite some time. Comes in those ceramic like bottles you can't see through. Sure enough, this amber ale had an amber appearance. 1/3" white head. Aroma went red malts more than amber.

Taste was a mild Oktoberfest like malt presence, enough to give it its color. Not much else, hopping, bare minimum.

As advertised, amber appearance, a little thin, under the median head no lace so nothing to retain. Aroma was underwhelming of peat for some reason.

Taste, not bad. Had worse. Enough malt to make it amber to give something to hold on to. I really had no expectation for this as I drank it after the lager, but it was substantially better. Good beer to share with the old lady.
