Dark golden/light brown in color, and opaque. The fizzy head dies away quickly.
Very sour and bursting with passion fruit. The lime is subtle but enhances the sourness of the passion fruit. A toasty bread crust malt holds the beer up but any malty sweetness that might be there is subdued by the puckering lemony acidity. Hop character is undetectable. It's a fruited kettle sour. It finishes clean and crisp and is very inviting and delicious.
