Sour India Pale Ale w/ Plums & Blackberries
The coalescence of sour, hoppy and sweet is what inspired us to brew the first kettle soured IPA back in 2013. Their union continues to influence us.

A: The beer is very hazy pale amber in color with some yellowish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that quickly settled down but left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of plums are present in the nose along with hints of blackberries.
T: Like the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of plums and has notes of blackberries, the latter of which stand out in the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked all of the aromas and flavors of plums in this beer. It is advertised as a sour IPA, but I didn't really get any of the sourness in the taste.
