A coffee porter that is brewed in collaboration with Cafe Steam, Rochester's premier coffee shop. Ethiopian coffee beans are cold steeped whole in Thesis's porter base. It is an excellent take on the coffee porter, with just the right amount of coffee flavor peeking through the porter. The porter has a smooth feel to it, and has the dark, deep brown and a head that lasts.
