L: Pours a deep red amber with a creamy head that has medium long retention. 50-52 degrees F.
S: Malt, caramel, light bread.
T: An initial fast crisp hop bite leads into a large room of semi-creamy smooth malts, caramel and mild bread notes. Surprisingly mild sweetness and very malty with no real lingering aftertastes.
F: It has a soft creamy mouth feel that has medium low carbonation but remains quite awake throughout the entire crowler. It is not too sticky. It has a medium heavy body and a medium fast finish.
Overall: A pleasant, refreshing and easy drinking Vienna Lager that isn't overly sweet. Great combination of 3 malts and a very good example of it's style. The 6%ABV goes right past with it's drinkability.
