Copenhagen 2/8 2019. 50 cl can from Biedronka near the harbor in Świnoujście. Very Green label with a fragmented Horse.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam almost able to cover the surface of the beer. No Lacing.
Aroma is fruity sweet supplemented by a candy-like bubbly gum quality. Apricot, sweet Apples on the verge of decay, sour cherries. Sweet strawberry gum and white sugar. Hints of butter.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, very lively texture.
Flavor is quite sweet. Followed by a more moderate bitterness. A more rough bitterness manifest in the aftertaste. Lingers for a while.
Not like any other Polish Pale Lager I’ve tasted. But more strange than good.
