Copenhagen 19/1 2021. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Silver can with some sketchy technical drawings of machines and tools to underline that this is indeed an industrial arts brew. Yellow writing.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, fruity and slightly exotic odor mingling with light citric notes. Sweet melon and papaya. Gentle notes of citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Middle of the road APA with a nice citric zest.

Pale gold pour with a moderate foamy head. Nice, sweet nose flows out of the pop-top, but it's kind of a mis-direction to the flavor that follows. A lot of hop bite here--black pepper, citrus rinds dominate the taste. This brew has to be up there on the IBU meter. Very dry finish. It's a one-note effort, most appropriate for people who like their ales bitter.

Pours a light golden yellow with moderate lacing and carbonation. Decent head retention.
Fruit cup style aroma to the nose, consisting of sweet syrup drizzled over peaches, mildly tart cherry and tangy melon; with notes of black pepper and dried grapefruit peel. Very light hints of graham cracker in the background.
The flavor is well balanced, but still articulate with malty flavors of caramel and honey contrasted with cantaloupe, peaches and tropical pineapple. There's a little bit of a red apple / evergreen sap note too but it's very faint.
Mouthfeel is bubbly but not over carbonated; mid-light weight and highly drinkable. Overall sensation is dry, but with a warming, sweet fruitiness to it.
My overall impression of this beer is mostly positive. It's not really going to challenge anyone's palate or blow your mind, but this is a very approachable and clean drinking pale ale with a hearty yet unobtrusive malt backbone that still lets the flavors of fresh fruit come through in their own right.

Perhaps there are times a sub 5% ABV EPA may fit the bill, but that goes against tradition. First noted, there's a nearly disgusting billowing white foam atop the contents of a pint can emptied into a clear glass liter mug. This is foam, it's not a beer head and it's unattractive. It recedes unevenly and without any glass lacing. Obviously, there's no rich barley malt included here. Pale ale?, extra pale, indeed, as this is almost a truly transparent ale. It looks like an adjunct American lager, perhaps a little less densely hued and with more starkly white foam. What little aroma there is brings faintly reminiscent allusions to citrus hops. There's very little body here; albeit, a little more than a Corona. There's a little more sharply hop bite here to taste than in most lagers and that's its biggest plus. But it's not exceptional and can't mitigate the overall failure to fall short of a pleasant brew, even when considering that it's an attempt to lighten things up a bit. Not worth the bother.

16oz can.
L: Pale yellow/gold with a faint haze, a thin head and spotty lacing.
S: Understated floral nose.
T: A zesty mouthful of yellow grapefruit, lemon pith and honeysuckle. Bitterness is light.
F: Light body, subtle carbonation, crisp mouthfeel, dry finish. Exceptional for a sub 5% American ale.
O: A very nicely crafted, fresh & fruity, everyday pale ale. Perfect beer for a summer afternoon. Won’t knock you out, won’t leave you bloated, will leave you refreshed. Demands a second pint.

Slightly hazy straw color, some head and lace. Aroma is pleasant blend of citrus and hop flowers. Taste is smooth and creamy, citrusy lemon and slightly tangy. Moderate carbonation and low ABV of 4.8%. A decent brew but way overpriced. Prefer others from the brewery (Wrench, Torque Wrench, Yes Farms).

Pint can, package date of 9/4/20. Extra pale ale...”bright & snappy citrus”.
Pours a hazy yellow straw with a creamy white head, moderately laces the glass.
Nose is citrus forward, grapefruit and orange rind with a grassy hop note.
Flavor is simple...citrus rind bitterness and lemon zest up front, giving way to a floral hop flavor that sees you to a crisp finish.
Light on the palate. Carbonated appropriately for the style. Mild lingering bitterness on the aftertaste.
