A: Very clear, medium gold in appearance. A rather thin, loose and soap-foam head sits atop for a minute or two.
S: Rich and sweet. Minty florals. Honey, pine cone, resiny, caramel malt. Really dank and earthy fruit a la lychee.
M: It has moderate carbonation especially for such a bulky beer. Feel is silky smooth and slimy, but it does linger with a sagging body.
T: The floral component continues with orange blossoms, tea notes (that could be a residual association with the honey), and lime peel. Tropical mango-lychee before circling back to more temperate pine.

Poured from undated 16 oz can.
A: Mostly clear golden orange with 1-2 finger white head. Moderate retention settling to a thin ring andleaving light lacing.
S: Resinous pine, candied oranges, and a touch of grapefruit and honey. An herbal note that I can't quite place
T: Caramel malts with oranges and grapefruit. A little tart citrus - maybe lemon or lime.
M: Medium body with light carbonation. Finish is slightly bitter and sweet.
O: Very enjoyable IPA. A little sweet and malty for my taste, but some nice aroma and flavor combinations.

Poured from a 16 oz. can into a Teku glass. No date visible on the can.
Appearance: Slightly opaque golden yellow body with a fluffy white head. Nice islands of lacing in the glass.
Aroma: Grapefruit, lemon, hints of pine. Very floral.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Follows suit with a crisp and clean pine along with a slightly pungent grapefruit. Super resinous, oily like consistency on the tongue. A notion of honey sweetness, but the resin is left behind coating the tongue in hoppy goodness.
Overall: Another winner from Industrial Arts. Clean and easy to drink with a balance of bitterness and sweetness. Really tasty.

Poured from 16 oz. glass into Industrial arts pint glass. It pours a golden, honey color with a fluffy, bright white head and lacing. It smells of grapefruit, floral, resinous pine, and honey. It's really fragrant. It drinks like a hoppy pale ale: dry and bitter, but there is a subtle, but delightful ,taste of honey. It is crisp, dry, pleasantly carbonated, and the 6.3% ABV is just right. Overall, this is a tasty IPA that is well-conceived and brewed and is rally fun to drink. Everything about it works!

Tall cans...w/o canning date info.
Purchased at the brewery a few hours ago.....$16/4 pack.
Pours pretty near clea, under a looser off white cap, and leaving thicker strands of lacing.
Fruit juicy, floral, citric and minty hop nose.
More juicy goodness on the palate, bubble gummy, minty, citric, again floral, some hop resins towards the finish...complex and tasty...more high quality, NY State IPA in a can...the state of the local beer scene is very good!

On tap at Stoneyard Beer Hall and Grill in Webster, NY.
This one pours a clear and very light yellow, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
It smells delicate- grassy hops, pilsner malt, light honey, grapefruit rind, and some orange.
This has an incredibly snappy and crisp hop flavor, with a nice lingering bitterness on the finish. The honey provides some dryness, and just a hint of sweetness. The hops give a dry herbal and fruit flavor to this one- it's not as sweet and candied as I usually expect Mosaic to be, which is nice. There's a knife-sharp bitterness at the end that lingers.
This is light bodied, crisp, and slightly airy, with a good level of carbonation.
This has to be one of the driest IPAs I've ever had- it's quite tasty.

Crowler from the brewery. The brewery actually lists this as 6.3%, not 7.2%, and describes it as a HIPA, which I guess means honey IPA. Whatever the ABV and style, it is really good. Having had a few pale ales from Industrial Arts now, there is definitely a pattern and it is a good one - very clean, very crisp, not aggressively hopped, very drinkable. Another winner from IA.

A solid brew from Industrial Arts. Smooth and tasty - go's down extremely easy. Slight honey notes that are nice and subtle. I could see this being a great summer brew. Well done, its great to have another up n coming brewery in the north Jersey/NY area.
