Collaboration with Burial Beer Co.
Brewed with heavy doses of Eldorado, Kolsch yeast and magic from our friends at Burial Beer. Loud white grape and purple flower aromas on a soft and smooth body. Sounds good, right?

Pours a lightly hazy pale gold with a finger of white head. Aroma is subdued but has a bit of lightly musty soft wheat and not much else. At first I get a dominant white grape juice note in the flavor, it dissipates a bit after the first few sips. Very floral with a pretty balanced finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall this is pretty solid; at first the grape notes overwhelmed everything else but they settle a bit and melded with the floral aspects making for a more drinkable beer.

Tall silver can...5/3/17
Light, near straw , puffy eggshell cap, lasting nicely and leaving loads of thicker, ringed lacing.
Hop/malt/chives on the nose
Meh...not overly impressed here...I get mostly malty, again some oniony chive notes(never crazy about those) and a smattering of dull citric hops in the finish....not my favortite brew from IABC

Canned on 5/3/2017 and reviewed on 5/6. Poured for 16 oz. can into Industrial Arts pint glass. It pours a hazy, golden-straw color with two fingers of foamy, bright white head and extensive, soapy lacing. The smell is rather subdued: mostly wheat, grass, and spice. The taste is wheat forward, crisp and clean, with cracker, grass, and a slightly peppery finish. It has a nice light mouth feel with lively carbonation, and its moderate 6.2% ABV allows for easy drinking. Admittedly, Pale Wheat Ale is not one of my favorite styles but I found Preferred Nomenclature to be well-crafted and tasty. It is a perfect beer for summer activities. It has lots of flavor but is very easy to drink. It paired nicely with sushi. That it's the collaborative product of two fine breweries is plainly evident. Well done!
