Alright, the game broke us, and it didn't even take a year. Juicier than the juiciest juicy juice and hazier than the morning after Lovullopalooza, you'll probably all lose your shit for this one. Oats, Mosaic, etc.

16oz can into Libbey Tulip
Canned on 7/19 bout 4 weeks ago
L- pours hazy(heck yeah!!!) burnt orange-bronze-ish, with a nice fluffy white head, that dissipates into a ring around the glass
S- mango, passion fruit, fresh pine, sweet vanilla
T- creamy vanilla, followed by slight passion fruit flavor, with a smooth piney finish
F- smooth and creamy , light carbonation
Overall a solid interpretation of a NEIPA, the one knock is the flavor is basically two dimensional as the passion fruit/tropical flavor barely shows

Pours a moderately hazy pale yellow straw in color with a finger of finger of short lived white head. Aroma has some stonefruit and a bit of crackery malt. Taste has resin and orange and grapefruit pith upfront with stonefruit in the background; there is also a bit of crackery malt before the lightly bitter, dry finish. Medium bodied with moderate+ carbonation that creates a bit of a creamy mouthfeel. Overall this is a pretty tasty beer, it's somewhere between an old school west coast IPA and New England IPA; usually that combo doesn't quite work but I dig this.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has a bit of paleness. It poured with just a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass that completely faded away.
S: Moderate aromas of melons are present in the nose along with notes of mangos and hints of grapefruit.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has lots of flavors of cantaloupe melons along with notes of mangos and some bitter hints of grapefruit.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is very juicy but isn't bitter at all. It has an interesting mix of aromas and flavors and goes down easily.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a soft looking creamy orange, hazy and slightly murky, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like sweet candied mango and other tropical fruits- your usual NE-style IPA sort of aromas. There is some sort of funky feet aroma as it warms, though- not ideal.

Chief doesn't seem like the sort of brewer to actually make a NE-style IPA, so this is surprising but welcome. It's got mango and pineapple, mainly, it's definitely sweet with very little bitterness. It's not pure juice, though, which is nice.

This is medium bodied, finishes a little bit sweet, with a normal level of carbonation.

This is definitely enjoyable- but most of IA's other beers are much better.

A delicious and super easy drinking IPA. Not over the top or in your face just nice and smooth. The smell is sweet mango and melon with a little pineapple and maybe some orange. I get a little honey too. The taste follows with nice bitterness. The taste overall ends up seeming a bit off by the end. Almost like pulpy unripe muddled fruits. I liked it but would not buy it again. nb

So basically, Industrial Arts is showing that they can brew a Treehouse and/or Trillium type IPA if they want to. For the style, this one nails it. Smell of cantaloupe is there, which makes me think galaxy. Quaffable of course. Overall, great NE styled beer, although my favorites are still tools of the trade and power tools.

Tall can, "Packaged 7/18/17" stamped on the bottom..yeah fresh, about a week in the can.

NE IPA look to this one, clouded, under a nice looking and long lasting light khaki cap, leaves great looking window panes of fine lace all up and down the glass.

The sniff is all about fresh, pungent and super fruity goodness...wow

Fresh and ripe tropical fruit notes, with mango, melon and lime coming forward. Soft and highly enjoyable with flavor poppin all over

Simply delicious/world class NE style IPA....gonna hopefully get another 4 pack tomorrow

I had this on draught at the brewery. It pours an opaque, golden honey color with a frothy, milk-white head and lacing that persisted through the pour. It's the first Industrial Arts' IPA that has a New England look to it. It smells of tangerine, mango, grapefruit, and floral hops. The taste features lemon peel, grapefruit, and a hint of tangerine, with a dose of bitter hops at the finish. It is medium-bodied and fairly creamy for its ABV. Overall, it's a nice rendition of a NE IPA, but it's rather lite in feel at 5.9% ABV. Industrial Arts has shown its ability to brew a NE style ABV without sacrificing crispness and easy drinking.
