A- Mostly clear pour from the tallboy into a pint glass. A one finger white cap with a frothy texture and decent retention. Small sheets of lace form.
S- Kind of like stone fruits meets citrus and berry hops. A lot of hops and some dry spicy and floral yeast.
T- Follows up on the aroma with that more balanced and blended hop profile instead of a lot of individual flavors. The berries are prevalent and overall the beer has a bit of a vinous feel between the hops and the yeast. Strawberry, apricot, mango, dank herbs and floral hop notes as well as hints of tangerine and grapefruit. Peppery lemon notes.
MF- Light bodied overall with a fairly high carbonation and a fluffy texture. Ends with a clean herbal bitterness.
Clean and solid hop profile with very dry yeast and some yeast flavors added in with the hops. Berries, stone fruits and herbal notes.

Served on tap in a 10 oz (296 ml) nonic style glass at the Industrial Arts Brewing Company.
A: Pour a clear straw color with a nearly one finger, white head, fairly good retention, and decent lacing.
S: Aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, maybe lemon and more barley grain.
T: Semidry to dry. The palate follows the nose with an emphasis on grapefruit and the addition of a touch of pine. Relatively light bitterness for an IPA.
M: Light to medium bodied with carbonation in the form of ongoing, champagne style bubbles. Smooth and quaffable.
O: This was an excellent example of the Brut IPA style. Very drinkable.

A: The beer is nearly clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that left some specks of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing around the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lemon citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lemony flavors along with hints of mangos and biscuity malts. Only a faint amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and smooth but very dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I didn't find this Brut IPA to be as bubbly compared to other beers in the style, but it had a very nice dry mouthfeel to it.

Pours a translucent yellow with a finger and a half of white foam. Head retention is great. Aroma is pineapple, orange rind, lemon grass and grassy hops and bready, crackery, biscuity malts. Flavor profile is pineapple, orange rind, mango, lemon grass and grassy hops with crackery, biscuity, bready malts. It has a distinctive and abrupt dryness that keeps the notes from lingering on the tongue. Mouth feel is a lightly-sharp crispness with a soft finishing texture. It has a medium thickness. Overall, very refreshing. Opening notes are great with a wonderful dryness that swoops in underneath, all while retaining balance.

Great look, nice white gold with a pure white two finger topper. And the aroma is everything you want of of a NEIPA, mango and tropical fruits and sweet citrus and bitter orange. If you close your eyes while you sniff you might think it is a a NEIPA. But it is the taste and mouthfeel that make this beer. All the flavors of the aroma are here, less mango in the mix, and lemon starts to show more in the taste. Nice crisp grainy sweet that isn't overly sweet gives them a frame to shine. It is clean, bright, balanced, just delicious, just perfect. If it was possible to take all the distinguishing general features of American IPA's you enjoy, and combine them in one beer, this is that beer. It is soft, it also is dry, it is full of fruit and has a clean bitter backbone too, amazingly refreshing, just a joy to drink
