This Pale Honey Bock, 6.7% ABV, finishes dry with a hint of sweetness. It’s light enough to have you dreaming of those warm days, with a malt backbone to keep you warm when its not. Brewed with Germantown, Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts from Hudson Valley Malt and Cascade and Glacier hops from Pedersen Hop Farm. It also features Autumn and Spring honey from right here in the Hudson Valley. It’s the spring lager you were waiting for.

Canned on 3/7/2019. Poured into an Industrial Arts pint glass. It pours a clear, golden-honey color with two fingers of long-lasting, fluffy, bright white head and spotty lacing. On the nose there is roasted grain, honey, and bready malt, and sweet spices. It's very fragrant! The taste opens with sweet malts, fresh honey, caramel, and light, spicy, locally-grown Cascade and Glacier hops. It's just superb! The feel is thick and creamy with a pleasant level of carbonation, and while the 6.7% ABV gives it substance it's eminently drinkable. I had very high expectations for this beer given how good the previous Autumn and Winter Landscapes were but I'm totally impressed. While Wrench and Torque Wrench may pay the bills, Industrial Arts just nails these seasonal beers. I'll be heading back up to the brewery to purchase more, maybe a lot more, of this wonderful beer!

A beautiful, clear light amber with a righteous thick cap of white foam. Head relaxes to a nice skim and thick ring with leggy lace left languishing luxuriously.

Honey bread is the aroma, a really clean, lightly sweet, rich and grainy honey bread. Hints of tart yeast and slightest undernotes of herbal bitter turn this into a treat for the nose.

Wow, haven't been this blown away by a beer in a while, least of all by a bock, but this goes to show what a bock can be. Slight roasty hints join with the honey bread to open the sip, caramel and rich breadiness join in, and the flavor crests with a clean deliciousness it is hard to describe. A balanced beast of excellence.

Perfectly thick without being chewy, lively carb., nicely viscous yet super soft on palate, clean flavor presentation, and a beautiful linger that makes palate demand next sip. Does. Not. Get. Better.

I can say no more than get this amazing delicious treat if you can.
