16 oz can. Packaged on 12/21/20. Notes from 6/4/21.
Perfect gold color with excellent clarity and creamy white foam. Pils malt and grassy hops make up both the aroma and flavor. The Saaz hops give it a bit of snap that you would find more in a Pilsner than Helles, but it's not completely out of place for the style.
IA always does lagers right but I have to admit I am a little bummed... I bought this straight from the brewery and it had a package date of 12/21/20. Would expect fresher cans coming directly from the source. Still tasted good though.

Single can from Half Time.
Pours a clear golden color with a finger thick foamy white head.
Bready malt with a fine hop character. Finishes crisp and clean.
Light body with good carbonation.
I like it!

Poured into a pilsner glass.
L: 3.75 "Bright" golden body. Thin head with good carbonation.
S: 3.5 A bit adjuncty. Spicy noble hops. Metallic tinge but not dissatisfying.
T: 3.75 Bready malt. Sweet, maybe some corn syrup or actual corn. Light spice from the hops. Bright.
F: 4.25. Where this lager excels. Very easy going. Smooth. Light to medium bodied. As all lagers should strive to be.
O: 3.75 I think its something IA brewed up quickly for their base to enjoy over the holidays. After trying a few pints, it has grown on me.
