Poured into a shaker pint
L: 3.75 Transparent yellow with ample carbonation. Lingering white head.
S: 4.25. The Riwaka and Mouteka hops punch you in the face. Super dank. Foreign to the nose of a typical pils.
T: 3.75 It's good. Peppery, floral hops. Sweet, Craker like malt.
F: 4.25. Light mouthfeel. Refreshing.
O: 4.25. I was very curious how these New Zealand hops would taste in a lager. Not my favorite usage of these hops, even locally, but still Pretty, pretty, pretty good.

On-tap @ Industrial Arts Brewing Co. in Garnerville, NY.
Deep gold and hazy with a creamy white head that has excellent retention. Pleasant, inviting citrus fruit aroma. Flavor carries over that same citrus on top of freshly cracked pils malt. Firm bitterness but the hops are balanced nicely with sweet malt. Refreshing and dry in the finish. A snappy and hoppy pilsner.
