Poured into a tulip/snifter style glass
L: 4. Chalky, opaque yellow with a medium, sudsy white head.
S: 4.25 Fruity. The Galaxy hops are very apparent on the nose.
T: 4. Viney. Passionfruit. Grapefruit. A strong malty base.
F: 4.25 Very pleasant. Medium to thick mouthfeel.
O: 4 Very good for an "experiment" with Galaxy. I think something even greater will come from this.
