16 oz can
pours a slightly cloudy yellow golden color, with thick foamy white head. good head retention. pleasantly hoppy aroma - leans a little tropical. taste is similar but not overly bold - clean pale malt base. Thinner bodied.

a: slight haze on this straw yellow beer with a touch of burnt yellow as well. 2-3 finger rocky white head
s: coriander, grains, and sweet grass are immediately and strongly followed by sweet citrus and orange zest. a touch of lemons and grapefruit with some slightly floral notes as well. much more hop presence than i'm used to in a Pilsner
t: peaches, orange juice, sweet lemons. earthy grains and lemongrass. faint lager spice and coriander. the Pilsner presence is very faint in here and almost non-existant
m: lighter mouthfeel with moderate carbonation that makes it feel a bit bigger
o: it's not a bad tasting beer by any means...but.... it has almost no Pilsner characteristics IMO. this tastes like a Pale Lager. good beer but not reallyyyyy a pilsner. it is not a bad beer, but my review is strictly rating it to-style

This one pours a nice golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells spicy and almost cedary, with pine, and a nice breadiness.
This has a great hop character, as befitting whatever a “west coast style” pilsner would be. It’s earthy and bitter in a wonderful way, with some lemon and pine, and a nice sweep of breadiness on the back end.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and with a nice spicy and refreshing finish.
This is a pretty fantastic American take on a pilsner.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $4.05. PKG: 08/14/23 so this beer is almost 4 months old.
Look: Very pale straw color with a rocky white head. Vigorous carbonation with small, medium, and larger sized bubbles. The beer is essentially clear, but it may have a very faint haze.
Smell: Nice aromas. To me, this beer smells similar to the Week 312 Cold IPA that they brewed last year. I get dank notes with passion fruit, mango, and pineapple. Strawberry also. There's also some pepperiness. There's a subtle doughy malt profile in the background. Chewable vitamins on the finish.
Taste: Tons of grapefruit. This is interesting. There is a lot of citrus character, however it is not so juicy; it's about the pithy, rindy, bitter nature of the citrus and it's bringing a lot of aromatics. There is some juiciness, but not a lot. The beer is pretty simple in its flavors and everything works well together. It's a dry, crisp lager with lots of citrusy hop character. Pretty interesting that it can be so citrusy without any CItra hops. There's a good deal of bitterness here, but it does not linger long on the finish. There's a subtle sweetness that comes through from the crackery malt especially after the quick finish from the hops subsides. The beer also has a touch of juicy acidity, which is nice.
Feel: The beer is light to medium bodied. It is nicely carbonated with a clean, crisp, dry finish. Very drinkable, refreshing!
Overall: I think that this is my first "West Coast Pilsner." It's very hard for me to tell the difference between a West Coast Pilsner, an Imperial Pilsner (IPL), and a Cold IPA. I had previously thought that IPL and Cold IPA were very similar; now I think that a West Coast Pilsner and a Cold IPA are even more similar. I think that what distinguishes the West Coast Pilsner is that it has a bit more malt balance that comes through. I was kind of hoping/expecting that this would have a bit more complexity, but at the same time it's hard for me to criticize especially since it's the first West Coast Pilsner that I've had. It's very drinkable and very refreshing. This beer would be amazing on a hot day!

Pours a crystal clear straw yellow (great) with a smallish, white head, brief retention but good lacing. Nose is flowery, doughy, peach rings, strawberry Starburst, light orange juice. Taste has light tropical sweetness balanced by some dry bitter notes. Feel is very clean and crisp. Initially, wasn't too keen on this, as it reminded me of "sessIon" NEIPAs (so often I find these lack balance between feel and flavor), but the crispness and clarity of this beer really works with the lighter hop notes. Definitely worth seeking out.

L: Pale with moderate carbonation and a thin lingering head.
S: Bright. Fruity with a hint of bubblegum. Like a smoothy.
T: Starts out bright and fruity but ends with a nice bitter and malty edge.
F: Thin mouthfeel. It is a lager, and it is as a lager should feel.
O: A decent brew they've concocted to celebrate their 7th anniversary. Something a bit different from the hazy IPAs or the landscape lagers. And distinct from Metric.
