Appropriately pink in color, this Botanical IPA has dense haze provided by generous amounts of spelt, raw wheat, and flaked oats. NY Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe and Strata, layered upon heavy orange flesh and tang from the orange peel, with a slight floral character from the hibiscus make for a unique and complex experience.

Interesting brew. I wonder if the naming inspiration was the Chief's Flower Power IPA.
This beer is however very different. The body is a blood orange coloration with thin head retention. Pine, grapefruit on the nose. The taste is very flavorful. Lots of orange zest to be sure. Light notes of tea - there is some hibiscus added in there. Nice malty backbone to it. Lightly tart, bitter finish.
Medium to heavy mouthfeel. A slow drinker.
Overall, worth trying if you like what IA produces. It's basically another one of their State of the Art experiments.
