Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color copper, slight haze/not clear, head is off white with fine bubbles that present one finger thick, spotty lacing on glass sides.
Smell is bready and nutty, then some caramel and toast, light earthy and herbal hops.
Taste is bread, toast, nutty and caramel malt, earth and herbal hop flavors with a notable herbal/tea depth to the finish.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, lower bitterness, maybe a lingering carbonic and herbal bite.
Overall some extra points for a bock in cans - flavor leans more bock to me in some ways but the malt forward flavor and subtle herbal hop character pull it back to a spring bock/maibock.

Nice copper colored lager with a good head. Laces nicely down the glass. Bready, malty, nutty, not too sweet, nicely balanced taste. Very lager tasting. Little aftertaste, nice smooth mouth feel. I need more.

Purchased this yesterday (10/16/25) from Spaz beverage in West Chester, PA. Date on can is 3/21/25. Pours a bright copper color with a decent head. Sweet bready aroma. Dark breads, caramel and sweetness flavors. Moderate mouthfeel with light carbonation. Overall, very enjoyable!

Pours a golden copper color with a finger of head. The nose has some crackery and bready notes, but overall nothing really stands out. The flavor profile has a decent dose of sweet and toasty maltiness and the body is plenty hearty.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $4.25. PKG 03/21/25, so this is almost four months old.
Look: Nice amber color with excellent clarity. There was a couple of fingers of tan-colored rocky head that eventually dissipated to almost nothing. Nice fine-bubbled carbonation rising up the glass at a good, constant pace.
Smell: Nice malty aromas - toasted grain, nuttiness, and an appley sweetness - and an earthy and herbal finish. The aroma is giving me the impression that this beer has a restrained maltiness. For some reason, the aroma on this beer is reminding me somewhat of Jagermeister, which is very strange because I haven't had it in decades.
Taste: It's very tasty and quite drinkable, the flavors follow the nose. The taste is a bit sweeter than I had expected, but it's still nicely balanced and crushable. It tastes like one would expect a Maibock to taste.
Feel: Light to medium bodied, has just a bit of chewiness. The carbonation is spot on.
Overall: Given that this is a collaboration beer between Industrial Arts and Human Robot, it's no wonder that it's quality. Nice to experience an interesting locally brewed Maibock that is produced as a result of this partnership.

On tap at Station Bar and Curio in Woodstock, NY.
This one pours a light brown-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells nicely nutty and toasty, in a really pleasant way, with some very light floral character.
Industrial Arts and Human Robot are two high level breweries, and of course I wanted to try something made by both of them. This is so toasty and nutty, in a wonderful way, lightly sweet, but mostly bready and more complex than simply being sweet. There’s a touch of floral hop bitterness, just a wisp of it.
This is light bodied, super drinkable and crisp.
I don’t drink bock at all that often, and it’s not even one of my favorite styles, but this is definitely an excellent example of one.

An incredibly clear amber appearance.
Medium bodied with about the same for the carbonation.
Aroma is nutty, cereal and grain along with earthy floral honey
Taste doesn't stray too far from the aroma
Overall one of the best beers I've had from this brewery

A very nice, classic Spring Bock. Amber coloration. Light hop notes on the nose but mostly bready malt. Sweet caramel taste. Nutty. Medium mouthfeel but still lager like. Overall a great seasonal beer for cooler Spring evenings.
