Formerly known as "CHI.P.A.".
This brew started as what we refer to as a “kitchen sink brew." We made a beer with the hops we had on hand, and were pretty pleased with how it came out. Half East Coast IPA hops, half West Coast IPA hops, this beer is what led us to our name, Midwest Coast. Midwest Coast Best Coast.
