Released February 2023; drank 3/1/23 @ the Yarchives.
Mostly opaque yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; a thick curtain of lace.
Lemon, soft wheat & mild dry grass notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Lemon, wheat & faint dry grass flavors. Pleasant & mild.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at The brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a hazy yellow with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bright bitter citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright citrus start that turned wheat flour and grainy at the finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
