Somewhat cloudy yellow pour with two fingers of white foam. Biscuit, sweet corn adjunct malt, and pilsner yeast in nose. Taste has the malt, then yeast carrying, cracker finish. Crusher with some paleness before adjunct malt sweetness flies in. Pairs well enough with outdoor music on a summer night

Undated can; drank 5/10/22 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dull yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big, noisy off-white head; strong, frothy lace.
Sweet corn, mild cream & faint citrus notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Orange peel, cream & mild corn flavors.
A mild, decent lager.

12 oz can into a pint glass.
A: Slightly hazy pale straw color with a half-finger foamy white head. Lots of bubbles streaming up from the bottom.
S: Biscuity malt with what seems like some corn adjunct. Not picking up much hop bitterness.
T: Doughy/biscuity malt sweetness carries through from the nose. Hop bitterness is mild and grassy up front but leaves a twangy bitter bite on the aftertaste.
M: Medium-light bodied, crisp, and smooth. Very easy drinking.

Pours a lightly cloudy bright golden straw color. Quite effervescent. A thin bubbly white head forms on the beer with the pour and then slowly dissipates leaving just a thin layer of foam on top of the beer.
Aroma has notes of cracker and biscuit, with a light sweetness, grassy hop notes with a distinct sharp bitter note coming through on the back end.
Taste follows the nose with notes of cracker malts, light bready notes, giving way to a moderately bitter, spicy hop finish. There is a rather harsh character to the hops that I do not care for - its not just the saaz - I like saaz hops -this is oddly harsh.
Feel is light, crisp, easy drinking. Bright carbonation.
Overall a solid pilsner. I'd definitely drink this one again and probably will. Without that harshness from the hops, I would like this beer a lot more.
