Remember West Coast IPAs??? We do. Fondly. While we all love juicy, hazy New England IPAs, there remains a soft spot in our hearts for piney, earthy West Coasters. Introducing our second iteration, Paisley leans heavily on Chinook and Centennial hops while letting Cascade take a snooze in the back. These beers once dominated the craft beer scene, and we think they’re still A-OK. 6.5% ABV

16 oz can into a pint glass. Mostly clear amber color with one finger of pillowy foam. Piney hop and faint mandarin orange citrus aroma. Strong piney hop resin flavor with some orange pith bitterness. Medium-full feel.

Saturated orange, bright clarity, compact layer of foam.Random spotty lacing, thin patchy veil on the surface. Aroma is citrusy and resiny, definitely has the old school vibe. Taste is also citrusy, grapefruit and tangerine, malty middle. Fairly light and easy to drink, soft carb, dry resiny bitterness.

Overall, a solid take on the classic WCIPA.
