Crispy, crushable and from Cologne, this German ale-lager hybrid is ready to welcome Spring to Chicago! Hats off to brewer Kevin who owned this beer from conception to recipe to brewing and packaging.

Had on tap. Murky golden appearance, white head, spotted lacing. Mild yeast with grassy and lemon hops in nose. Taste has light yeast leading, too plain for style, lemon next, then grass and faint multivitamin. Feel is watery and thin, while the flavoring comes out, the yeast and hop textures are muted
