Drinking this at The Gotten House Brewery in Beautiful downtown Cary NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tan head that dropped quickly to a thin ring and a bit of lacing.
Smells malty, sweet, coffee, chocolate with a dry finish on the back of my palate.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a classic example of a Irish Dry Stout that I would definitely order again.
