Drinking this at The Gotten House Brewery in Beautiful downtown Cary NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass
Looks dark brown almost black with a rocky head that dropped quickly to a thin ring, with just a bit of lacing.
Smells malty, bready, sweet, gingerbread.
Taste follows the nose, the gingerbread dominates the palate.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall very nice for the style, but a little too sweet for me.
