12 oz, canned on 12.15.21.
Deep amber/light ruby color with good clarity. Creamy off-white head that doesn't stick around too long. Light smoke in the aroma with a little bit of caramel malt and earthy hops. Smoke flavor really begins to develop more as the beer warms. Medium-light bodied and smooth.
This a good beginner's rauchbier for anyone looking to take a stab at the style. Really nicely done but doesn't overpower you with smoke like a Schlenkerla Marzen.
